Enjoy 8 acres of private water frontage on Cupsuptic Lake (Cupsuptic connects to Mooselookmeguntic for ~ 17 miles of boating). When at Cold Brook Camp North you'll feel like you are in your own national park but you are only ~ 5 minutes from Oquossoc and great local restaurants and amenities, ~15 minutes to Rangeley, ~30 minutes to Saddleback, 45 minutes to Sugarloaf, 1.25 hours to Sunday River, 3.75 hours to Quebec City, and only seconds to some of the most beautiful fishing, boating, snowmobiling and exploring you will find in Western Maine. We love Cold Brook Camp and so will you! To snowmobile from here: Go straight out across the lake to BMC. It's about a 5-10 minute ride to the trail head out in front of BMC.
COMING SUMMER OF 2025: - Custom Wood-Fired Sauna:
-5 person, Finnish style, insulated cedar sauna compete with changing room
-Set in the woods adjacent to the house with filtered views of Cupsuptic Lake.
-Ambient lighting and eucalyptus essential oil aroma therapy.
-Anticipated to be installed by June 2025, but sauna usage cannot be guaranteed for bookings made at this time.
-Sauna guidelines and guest expectations will be provided prior to arrival.
