Beautiful 55+ community, gated (with security guard) RV Resort. 13 minutes from Tucson International Airport. Very attractive 1 bedroom (Queen size bed), 1 sleeper sofa in a family room (this is the listing for a second bedroom), 3 Roku TVs, 2 DVD players with DVDs and CDs, electric fireplace that puts out heat or just for ambiance. Restroom with walk-in shower, large laundry room with washer and dryer and for storage. Whole Body Vibration machine in addition (great for relaxing and increasing core muscles, balance and strength). Attractive area on patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the scenery, watching people walking by and riding their bikes. Swing for two people. Fully furnished and kitchen has nice dishes, pots and pans, air fryer, toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pots (several sizes). Full sized stove and refrigerator, microwave, lots of storage and plenty of closet space and drawers. parking for one vehicle in carport, and a space for golf cart or second vehicle next to carport. Walking distance to many amenities (see Voyager RV Resort website for more details), 3 heated pools (one indoor), 2 heated spas (one large and one smaller), tennis courts, pickleball courts, softball field, billiards, Fat Willy's Bar and Grill (great food and atmosphere), ballroom, hotel, workshops (craft shops, sewing, quilting groups, wood working shop, silversmithing, water exercise classes, other exercise classes, fitness center, shuffle board, games, library, 18 hole golf course (there is a set of golf clubs and balls in my laundry room you can use). RV sites and hotel are available for your extra guests to stay in. Great assortment of restaurants close by. Dances, luncheons, speakers, performers, classes of all kinds. Very friendly people. Fat Willy's Restaurant and sports bar (great food and service), hair and nail salon, pet grooming salon.
