Cottage is set back from the street with plenty of parking space. The cozy space features 2 queen beds, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and essential amenities like AC, WiFi, and washing machine and dryer. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults in two bedrooms. In addition, a queen air mattress is available for the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. Also includes a slow cooker so you can spend the day on the river and come home to a complete meal. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker that takes #4 cone filters, several will be provided for your stay. A small bag of coffee will be provided as well, which should tie you over until you can buy your preferred brand. The kitchen has a free standing stove with oven, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a hand mixer, plenty of mixing bowls and cookie sheets. The utensils are fully stocked and include a wine opener, bottle opener, can opener, vegetable scraper, barbecue brushes, kebab skewers and a cocktail shaker for mixed drinks. The tap water is excellent so no need for bottled water. There are pitchers supplied for tea’s and other drinks. There is a large TV with internet access to stream your content. The TV does not have cable. There is a dvd player and a small selection of dvds for your use.
