PROPERTY SPACE:
This is a newly renovated veteran-owned home just a little under 1400 SQFT. It has a fenced side yardfor your family and friends to enjoy a game of cornhole and for the kiddos to play with the toys we have on site or with their own toys. Our luxe retreat has 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8guests. You'll be in FT Moore main entrance in 15 - 20 mins. In less than 10 minutes, enjoy all the shopping and restaurants on Macon Rd. This is a quiet neighborhood with activemilitary family and retired veterans. A lot of thoughtfulnessand effort was put into making this home an experience we hope you, your family and friends would love. It is perfect for corporate housing, business stays, military personnels, couples, groups, and/or family members looking to get away or attend FT Moore graduation. We look forward to hosting you.

Provided items such as toiletries, coffee, sugar, creamer, detergents are all starter items ONLY. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional items they need.
We ask that you take care of our home as though it is yours. No eating in the bedrooms or while in the living room. Utilize the dining and breakfast area to enjoy your meals/snacks. Sofas are not to be used as beds. If there are any stains on our furniture - a cleaning fee of up to $700 will be charged to the guest.

- No eating in the bedrooms andliving room. Violation of this rule will result a cleaning fee of up to $700 to the guest.
- No smoking / vaping/ e-cigarettes of any kind inside the home or within 5 feet from the home.
-No illegal drugs on premises
- Utilize the driveway or park on the street if additional parking is needed.
- Pets are NOT allowed ($500 plus additional cleaning fee will be accessed to the reservation if there are traces of pet in the home)
- Please take off all shoes when you first enter the home (this helps minimize staining of the carpet and germs.)
-Reservation must include all occupant's names and ages
- Any excessive staining of bath towels, pillows, and bed sheets will incur a fee
-Be respectful of neighbors - this is an established residential area. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund
- Keep home clean at all times
- Gov ID verification will be required before receiving access code into the home
- Weekly cleaning fee will be applied to any reservation longer than 7 days.
-Leasing agreement will be required for reservations longer than 14 days.
- Minimum age to rent: 21+
-The person booking must be present for the entire stay.
