Summary: It was quiet and "clean". There were only cockroach legs in dresser and no entire carcases. No signs of bedbugs. There was not a heavy smell of mold, but there was a heavy lingering of bug spray, odor neutralizer, and air freshener. You will definitely get what you pay for and no crawlies you didn't ask for.
