The neighborhood has tennis and basketball courts, and a launch for kayaks and canoes. There is a day dock available to the neighborhood guests and renters for temporary docking up to 4 hours. Great for boating and lunch breaks and passenger pick-ups/drop-offs.
The well-maintained cottage boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, a loft, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It's the perfect place to return home to after a fun day on the water. The cottage also includes a gas grill, firepit, tetherball and multiple patio sitting areas for enjoying the warm summer evenings after a day at the beach or out on the lake.
