Both bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The master contains a king size bed while the other has two queen beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. The dining table is located right next to the kitchen with plenty of seating. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling with outlets close by.
The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. No exceptions will be made for this.
The backyard is large and has a short concrete fence to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.

Cotton Court is located just off of Highway 87, past Woodrow Road. It is just 16 minutes from Texas Tech Campus. Several grocery stores are located just 5 minutes away, and a short drive will take you to all the downtown or uptown shops and restaurants.
Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle.
