Negative: I never got my access code, I had to call several times to request it no matter that “supposedly” will be at the sent link exactly at 4 pm, it was 4:50 pm and I was still waiting for for the code via the link, or someone to answer, I called about 4 times, one call waiting for answer about 12 minutes, when employee finally answered, opened the door remotely and the code showed up on the sent link, it was 50 minutes after the indicated clock in time , that was rude, I pay on time and for one employee not doing her work, I wasted my valuable time !

Summary: I prefer not to say, simply PUT SOMEONE THAT DO THE WORK ON TIME!
