Summary: I called the morning of and someone at the front desk said we could check it at 7 a.m. if we were in town or we could come check in as soon as we arrive. We arrived around 10 and were told we couldn’t check in until 3. Several other guests had the same experience and we had to change in the bathrooms in the lobby to get ready for weddings. When we were able to check in in the evening, we were not pointed in the direction of the elevators so we went the wrong way and had to walk around the hotel lobby to find them. The person that gave us our keys just gave the keys and didn’t say anything else. For breakfast, there was only 1 person working. She was great, but people had to wait a while because she would take the order and then go back and make it before moving on to the next customer. We also went to check out and there was nobody at the front desk. There were 4 staff members on the deck sitting with each other but nobody was inside to help. Overall, the hotel was clean and modern, we were just very inconvenienced by the check in and out process.
