Great location on a quiet road, new expanded deck to enjoy morning coffee and dinners, walk to private beach on the Saco River; walk or Hike up Stanton Mountain. Five minutes to Attitash, Story Land and other theme parks; lots of fabulous restaurants, shopping and a short ride to North Conway village shopping and outlets. Flat side yard and a paved driveway. The glass front and deck faces Attitash Mountain. Open living space (kitchen, dinning & living room) and bath on the first floor. Master bedroom has a relatively new queen bed. The second bedroom has a new full size bed, small flat screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 beds).
The house is fully furnished with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc.
Pets are considered on a one to one basis.
