Bathroom door isn't wide enough for standard wheelchair; otherwise wheelchairs can navigate the property and the cottage.
We're 4.6 miles from the ocean, so weather is sunnier than the beach, but still cooler in the summer than most of San Diego and usually mild in the winter. Air conditioner, ceiling fans, floor fan, and heater are there but not often needed.
