This peaceful retreat offers plenty of things to do with it being water front in a no wake zone between two larger parts of beautiful lake Sylvan. This lake is great for fishing and all sports. With dock space available at the cottage, you can bring your own boat and enjoy the summer days while you lose track of time doing what you love. If you don’t have a boat don’t worry! We provide 2 kayaks and paddle boards! Along with life jackets, beach chairs, corn hole, darts, a gas grill, and even a sandbox for the little ones!
