This single-level home sits 500 feet from the western shores of Great Pond, creating an ideal escape for kayakers, beachcombers, and stand-up paddleboarders. Take morning swims in Vineyard Sound at Bristol Beach one mile south, spend your afternoons shopping and dining on Main Street in Falmouth Village two miles west, and take in a summer evening musical or two at the College Light Opera Company three miles west.
Built in 1950, this home is full of casual comfort, from the plush leather sofa to the soft carpeting throughout.
