Our one-bedroom condo is conveniently located a few miles south of downtown Austin. We are also a short drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Best of all we are a stone throw away from Lady Bird Lake. Our proximity to downtown Austin means that you have access to some of the best restaurants and sites the city has to offer. Our 464 sq. ft. condo is ideal for 2 people, but we can accommodate up to 4 guests and we offer high speed internet and SLING TV.
Our cozy intimate condo is perfect for a couple looking to stay in Austin on a budget. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. We are not the biggest place that you can find but what we lack in size we make up for in comfort. Our condo has everything you need for your stay all in a quaint setting. Our condo is in the unique urban neighborhood of East Riverside -Oltorf which is an up and coming area with young professionals and small families. The complex is home to several families and offers a community pool.
Just fifteen minutes from downtown Austin, this 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom condo is just ten minutes from the airport. This condo is perfectly located for those guests who are looking to enjoy a relaxing visit and/or explore the city. Famous for its music scene and burgeoning food culture, it is home to a tremendous amount of sightseeing, shopping, dining and outdoor adventures, and this condo could be the ideal base from which to enjoy it all.
Our condo has a small private patio for you to enjoy a bit of relaxing outdoor time. Beautifully designed and decorated, it is a contemporary masterpiece that offers a fully furnished eat in kitchen and living room. The bedroom includes a king size bed.
Whether in town for business or pleasure, this remarkably well-designed condo is an ideal choice for anyone in the Austin region. Offering you the convenience of a fast commute to almost anywhere in the city. There is also plenty of parking on the premises.
Guest will have access to the entire condo and pool. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.

Being that we are in Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 2 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
