Then, enjoy being walking distance to Pearl St. and take advantage of the best dining Boulder has to offer. Maybe hop on the bike and check out the rock formations and panoramic views at Settler's Park, or get some work done in the full home office setup. In the evening, kick back and relax on the lit deck or hammock in the private backyard.
There's something for everyone in Boulder -- whether it be the thriving tech scene, world-class hiking & climbing, excellent dining, expansive farmer's market, and more.

The Home:
Though I travel often, this is my actual home, and so you can expect all the amenities and personal touches of a livable space. Perfect for traveling professionals, small families, or anybody just looking to get a taste of the Boulder lifestyle. Available for longer term booking (3+ weeks, or longer) by request.
Kitchen:
We love to cook! The compact galley-style kitchen is outfitted with new KitchenAid appliances, plenty of kitchen gadgets, and a well stocked pantry of spices and dried goods. The precision induction stovetop and convection oven are top notch if you like to cook.
Yard:
The front yard, as well as private backyard, contain veggie gardens in the spring & summer. The deck has a dining table, chairs, and string lights for evening outdoor meals. Feel free to explore the garden or hang out in the hammock.
Bedroom:
Spacious, calm, and with a queen sized bed. Half of the large closet is reserved for guests.
Home office / second bedroom:
Enjoy using the home office setup with double monitors, standing/sitting desk, speakers, webcam, and white board. Feel free to use the rowing machine and other fitness equipment if you'd like!
This room is equipped with a murphy bed with full (double) size mattress -- it'll be made up for you if your party needs a second bedroom!
Living & dining spaces:
Tastefully decorated (or at least I like to think so), and with plenty of seating for dinner. Light a candle and enjoy a movie on the LED TV w/ sound system. Or play some tunes on the bluetooth Klipsch speakers.
Bathroom:
Full bath w/ tub - newly renovated.
Mudroom:
Washer & dryer. Indoor bicycle rack. Feel free to use the bicycle, helmet, and lock to more easily get around town.
