Perfect basecamp to hit the trails, explore day trips to Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Sault Locks, & so much more! Come stay, it's time to relax and enjoy life a little up north style! Our interior features central air that will keep you comfortable all summer. The full kitchen allows for home cooked meals for romantic dinners for 2 or a family feast. The home is very spacious with a large living room with French doors opening to the dining room and kitchen with cozy sitting area. Great for all guest to gather for games, food, and fun. Enjoy peaceful wooded views from all rooms. If you want your privacy, this vacation home boasts 4 charming bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master bath and half bath are located on the main floor and the third bath is located on the terrace level. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a king bed, Roku TV, and spacious master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower The lilac bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed, lots of windows and Roku TV. The Boho Room on the terrace level features a king bed, simple boho decor, and Roku TV. The Blue Room on the terrace level features a double bed, sporty racing theme, and Roku TV. Enjoy lots of family fun with some friendly competition choosing from our large selection of board games! Let the games continue outside with badminton, corn hole, or horseshoe tournaments! Designate your chef to get the gas grill going with some great food to keep competitors fed! Others can lay out in the sun or put up the canopy to relax on the loungers. The evenings are a perfect time to really get that Up North feel with a campfire and game of horseshoes! Time to star gaze, roast marshmallows, share some ghost stories, or reminisce about the glory days! Whether you just need a place to hang your hat during your vacation with lots of day trips, need a place to just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front covered porch, or want to experience a little bit of both, this vacation home is the perfect up north getaway. Guests have access to entire home accept unfinished basement area. We will provide a bundle of wood but please be sure to burn responsibly. PLEASE NOTE... this home is located on a small ridge. Driveway is plowed and sanded when necessary but AWD or 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter stays. PLEASE ALSO NOTE- If you have a trailer with ATVs, please contact us before arrival for instructions on where it is best to park. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT LAKEFRONT PROPERTY: We are close to a lot of lakes but do not have direct lakefront access from our property. The beautiful beach dunes are located on Lake Michigan approximately 15 minutes west on US2 and there are two cute parks downtown St.Ignace on Lake Huron perfect for picnics and watching the boats and ferries:)
