Our cozy and well appointed home is located a short walk from Manito Park and in a highly desired South Spokane neighborhood. Walk to parks, coffee shops, or drive to work at the hospital in a few minutes, or downtown in 5. This place has been a quiet oasis for many nurses and out of town doctors. This quiet and safe home offers 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with an updated and bright kitchen and bath. Large bonus room upstairs and unfinished and open basement if you like to workout from home

If there is any evidence of smoking in the home: $125 fee (again this fee is charged by our cleaners to remove the odor)
