This is a midterm rental - a furnished monthly rental in Denver in the Sunnyside neighborhood just north of the center of downtown.
You'll be booking an entire home, recently renovated and decorated for comfort and convenience. While this is a duplex you only share one well-insulated kitchen wall and the backyards are divided nicely - very private, comfy, and quiet.
The home has been furnished and stocked by an experienced digital nomad who recently settled in Denver, so lots of thought and lessons from experience have gone into making a comfortable space that is ideal for working, living comfortably, and relaxing while in Denver.
Our cozy Sunnyside half duplex home includes:
-Fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware (plus some!!) to whip up a home-cooked meal
-Comfy living room with a smart TV
-Dining area for four
-Breakfast bar for two
-2 bedrooms upstairs on main level with extremely comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains, closets with hangers,
-2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs with bathtub/shower and bidet, 1 downstairs with shower and lots of extra space)
-Laundry room downstairs with a full washer + dryer
-Desk plus a few spots to get work done
-Ample, free parking
-Open floor plan with French doors that lead to a small back deck and a couple of seating areas in the private fenced-in backyard. The French doors allow for plenty of fresh air and sunlight on beautiful Denver days.
---The Neighborhood---
The Sunnyside neighborhood is one of the best in Denver - lots of history, charm, active businesses, and caring neighbors. Walk to nearby locally owned restaurants, boutique stores, gyms, salons, unique bars for every mood, and coffee shops. Borders more walkable neighborhoods (Highlands and LoHi). Quick easy access to Downtown Denver by car or bike, hospitals, convention centers, and highways to quickly be on your way to the mountains.

High speed wifi - fiber internet perfect for working from home. Desk and office chair located in one of the bedrooms. The dining room, sofa, breakfast bar, and back patio are also great spots to work from (according to me, your host, Erin, a digital nomad)
---Parking---
Parking on street for free, plus two private spots behind the home in a private parking lot accessed from the alley.
---The Yard---
Private fenced-in backyard (especially large for Denver) has a grass area and a few landscaped rock areas, several Catalpa trees, a small deck right outside the living room french doors, a table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a grill.
---House Rules---
Dogs considered on a case by case basis. Must be trained and well behaved in order to respect the neighbors and keep the home and yard in good shape. Make sure your pet is on the reservation.
One friendly, house-trained dog is welcome. Keep dogs off the beds. Dogs must be crated if left in the home while you are away. Your dog cannot have doggie visitors to the house. Please clean up your dog's poopies.
Any repeated noise complaints will result in a request to leave and the cancelation policy applies. The wall between the duplexes is soundproofed, but still shared so please be respectful.
If you, any guest, or your dog causes any damage or extraordinary messes, you will be responsible for the cost to repair or replace.
Guests not on the reservation are not allowed.
