This house is a duplex with an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. You will have the entire first floor and front entrance to yourselves with access to the backyard shared with the downstairs unit.
As your hosts, we have flipped both units and currently live as long-term tenants downstairs you may occasionally see outside. The two entrances/units are completely separated and locked off.

We have many outdoor games including croquet, bags, blinngoball as well as a set of 4 pickleball paddles you can enjoy if requested.
