Cozy and charming are a few words used to describe this updated 1930s bungalow in the heart of Franklin, TN. Named by Travel + Leisure magazine as one of “America’s Favorite Towns,” come and enjoy all our lil’ modern day Mayberry has to offer.
The bungalow is outfitted with the comforts of home including a washer/dryer, Keurig (with complimentary coffee pod starter kit), french press/bean grinder, Bose Bluetooth speaker and is just a two minute walk to the Franklin Factory and a short drive (or walk) to Main Street’s boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy the private backyard, sit on the covered back porch, make southern S’mores on the fire pit and grab a glass of vino to watch the backyard train go by. Oh and did I mention the cornhole? We’ve some sweet Mayberry feels going on!
You will self check-in 24/7. There is a keyless entry lock on back door.
If traveling with children and requested 48 hours in advance of your stay, a complimentary pack and play will be provided.
**There is a train that runs immediately behind the house at various times in the evening and night. You can hear the train from within the home. A Homedics Spa Sound machine has been provided on the nightstand in each bedroom.**
Guests have full-access to the entire home and property (except the shed) including use of all closets and the fridge, etc.
