Positive: It is a cute and cosy place - with the best location! It is a short walk to the river, downtown, and the trail head for Reservoir hill. It has loads of chipmunks and humming birds, and deer walk by randomly. The place is well-equipped in terms of kitchen stuff and laundry facilities are great to have.

Negative: There was no kitchen sponge and no extra trash can liners or enough laundry soap.

Summary: Cosy place close to the river and downtown
