At-home leisure abounds with private outdoor highlights including amazing water views, a private hot tub, a patio featuring a gas firepit, and a furnished deck complete with a gas grill. there's even a convenient outdoor shower equipped for rinsing off after the beach or bike ride.
The elegant, two-story interior is filled with natural light and showcases incredible surrounding views of the water and wetlands. The gourmet full kitchen boasts such features as a six-burner-plus-griddle gas range, double ovens, a walk-in pantry, a farmhouse sink, a chef's grade fridge, and a massive island equipped with bar seating. The adjacent dining area includes a deluxe barista station/dry bar featuring a dedicated beverage fridge. The great room is set up with a fireside sitting area designed to maximize water-view enjoyment, as well as a TV lounge for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The private home office is fully equipped for remote working. It also includes access to a private deck and a Murphy bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Everyday essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
