Right after check-in, if you find that the cleaning is not to your satisfaction, please take photos, send them to the host, and check out immediately. We will not reduce fees or provide a discount due to claims of this sort. If Vrbo confirms that the photos you took show evidence of uncleanliness, we will refund you. If not, we will not refund you.
