The Mansion is now available for Historic Home Events and Weddings! Event rates are separate from vacation rental rates.
This historic crown jewel boasts over 44,000 sq ft of interior and exterior entertaining space; beautifully renovated, amazing architectural features include 145 year old library, 3rd story lookout with epic Skyline view of downtown Nashville, Covered Cabana Area, breathtaking view of Nashville Skyline and pool, two Koi Ponds and amazing gardens and MUCH MORE. This is a celebrity hangout when not rented so it's great for those who love country music.
The back yard of the compound features a park with a red brick walkway that allows you to take a peaceful stroll. You can watch the birds or feed the Koi Fish. There is also a large stage and private hidden areas for picnics or getaways.
Please be advised that this property is 154 years old and requires a full time staff to keep up the grounds, however this is not a hotel and does not come with hotel amenities such as housekeepers or toiletries (there are bath towels and toilet paper, message for info). If you are looking for a historic home with tons of character, antique furniture, as much original features as possible and great outdoor entertainment space then you will love it. If you are looking for an ultramodern amenities our historic compound might not be for your group.

The Mansion is amazingly quiet despite it’s central location. The building is primarily occupied by the owner. It is very important to us that our neighbors are respected so we have strict noise rules that must be followed.
Weekly rate includes 2 parking spaces inside the gate for the Mansion.
