After exploring, relax in the peaceful ambience of Eagle's Landing, a child-friendly home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the open layout with split bedrooms and appointed with everything to cook a meal, make a latte, unwind on the back patio, snuggle up for a movie or drift off to sleep on a memory foam mattress!
Upon entering the front door you’ll find a bench and hooks to unload your things. The living room is straight ahead with high ceilings, a sectional sofa, TV and beautiful gas fireplace! You can enter the kitchen/dining combo from the front hall or living room. Here you’ll find a large, sparkling clean fridge, all the cookware and dishes needed to enjoy a meal with loved ones and a Keurig Cafe to fulfill your coffee and latte cravings!
Off the living room, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, plenty of space to spread out and a second TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity.
Across the living room, you’ll enter a hallway with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The back bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and the front bedroom has two twin memory foam mattresses and toys in the closet to help entertain the younger members of the family!
Access the back patio via the living room. Relax in plush patio chairs while watching a beautiful Ozarks sunset or the kids play in the fully-fenced backyard.
When entering through the 2-car garage, you’ll walk through the laundry room, which connects to the front hall.
Guests have full access to every room, all appliances including washer and dryer, 2-car garage and fenced backyard. Only exception being front hall locked closet.
Other things to note:
All beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses for a restful night of sleep!
No pets allowed.
High speed wifi.
