Quiet and secluded, our property sits along the State Park and Eastern Lake with private access. Our condo is comfortable with high quality bedding, towels and sectional for movie night after the beach. An ample supply of paper products, dish and laundry soap and bath products provided. 6 seater golf cart and backpack style beach chairs included. 4 min bike ride to Walton Dunes Beach Access or paddle there through Eastern Lake. 2.5 miles to seaside, 1.5 miles to the HUB/Chill. Bike, kayak and paddle board rentals steps outside the front gate at Yellowfin Ocean Sports. Large community pool, outdoor grill and dining area. Coffee and Wine bar just across the parking lot and plenty of room for kids to run and play while you relax after a long day at the beach. Just across the bridge is the brand new Greenway station with fabulous dining and shopping.
