The space
This fantastic property is located just outside of Divide, Colorado, in one of the most beautiful subdivisons!
The main level of the home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a rock fireplace, and spacious kithen. You will find the master suite located on the main level, as well, with a beautiful en suite bath with a deep soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms and a family room are located on the lower level. There are multiple decks to choose from for the perfect morning coffee spot or late night star gazing. Elk Valley Retreat will make a perfect home base for your adventure to the Pikes Peak Region of Colorado!
Added bonus is the fact that access to Pike National Forest is literally less than 1 mile from the subdivision entrance. Some pictures are included. Mainly used by people with their 4 wheelers/ATV's, but hikers will also enjoy it. Miles and miles of trails. A ramp for offloading you 4 wheeler right off the back of your truck..
One of our strictly hiking trails is about a mile South (heading back to town), turn right at blue County Road sign and go about 1/2 mile. You will see the parking area on your right for the Trail called "The Womens Forest".
The home is on a dead end road. Good parking for a couple of vehicles, and use of the garage. If your trailer backing skills are reall good, you could get your 4 wheeler trailer backed in. But do know that the road is a dead end road and there is no room to turn around at the end. Call us if you do need a place to park your trailer.
The cabin has pretty good internet. It has a smart TV for streaming, but you will need to bring your streaming device. And remembering that our data allowances are not thru cable, so unlimited does not really mean unlimited.
