The home sits on a little over half an acre lot, tucked away on a quiet and private driveway on Rinehart Lake. This gem has its own dock, a wood burning stove, elevated patio perfect for entertaining while enjoying beautiful lake views.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is located in the second level, has its own bathroom and also opens to a large loft area. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom that is located on the first floor.
The living room, dining room and kitchen area showcase true Contemporary elements, fire place, kitchen and glass sliders opening to the patio area. The sitting room area with glass sliders opening to all season room.
TV & Internet
65” Vizio TV in the living area and a 55” LG in the master bedroom. Both TV’s are equipped with Fubo channels and streaming channels like Netflix are available. WiFi is also available throughout the property.
Kitchen
The newly remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped with all new appliances. Also included are utensils, dish-ware, toaster and coffee pot.
Sleep
1 Master Bedroom with a King bed and bathroom. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom with a bunk bed that included full and double twin.
Grill
The outdoor grill fully equipped for all grilling needs. Grilling utensils provided.
TRASH & Recycling Service
The trash will be picked up every Monday and recycling every other Monday. Bins are to be placed at the beginning of the driveway entrance after every stay.

Please note this property is no shoes when inside the house.
No underage drinking parties permitted and no smoking allowed.
No fireworks allowed.
Additional guests beyond what is listed are the booking are not allowed.
Leaving outdoor firepit unattended is prohibited.
Leaving indoor firepit unattended is prohibited.

All outdoor/patio pillows and cushions are in the queen bed room closet. Please bring back inside each night.
There are multiple “owners closets” that are locked.
Items provided: Fresh towels, bed linens, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel, dish and dishwasher soap.
