Summary: There's good and bad about this place; just know that going in and you may enjoy a good stay there.Literally right off 101, especially unit 1. But somehow the traffic quieted down street 10p till morning, at least the night we stayed there. The outside doesn't look like much and the signage on the place needs to be improved cause it's mostly unmarked, and the parking lot looks a bit dodgy so I was quite skeptical outside. But the inside was mostly very clean, except for a couple dirty corners (did not affect us), very dingy front porch, and some wear and tear on some of the furniture. But for the most part it was very well cleaned, lots of clean towels, well cleaned bathroom, and the kitchen cooking supplies were well stocked. No filtered water available onsite, just tap, but that's just like any hotel. We had lots of hot water and the space heaters worked great after a cold evening on the beach. The pictures make it look bigger than it is, but it was big enough for the four adults and my 2yo son. Close to Manhattan Beach State Park.
