Quick and easy walking access to Chautauqua Parks 40 miles of hiking trails, dining and entertainment venues. CU and The Hill are both less then a mile away and can be easily walked, or biked on the pair of fashionable cruiser bikes available for your enjoyment.
The home has three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens), three full baths, two office spaces, including a large mudroom to keep all your outdoor adventure gear organized and easily accessible. In the basement there is an additional big screen TV, and massive couch perfect for lounging and watching movies. (If a different bedroom configuration would be preferable, we are open to discuss possibilities with extended leases.)
The bright, spacious, modern kitchen includes 3 years young appliances, extra large island, second working sink, corian countertops, and a beverage fridge. The extended dinning area has a custom table that seats eight and expands to 12. Two natural gas fireplaces, surrounded by built in cabinetry enhance the ambiance and create a cozy atmosphere on winter nights.
The house boasts Comcast High Speed Internet, TV, and a Google Nest WiFi System to ensure there is robust connectivity throughout. A built in Sonos audio system allows streaming from your favorite music apps, a Halo touchscreen keypad on the front door enables easy access, and a programmable Nest thermostat keeps you comfortable.
All utilities, gardener, and snow removal are included in rent. House cleaning can be provided for an additional fee. Plus, an onsite caretaker is available to answer questions and quickly solve any problems that possibly arise. The caretaker lives in a separate apartment (ADU) with its own private entrance, opposite that of the main home. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable, easy, and stress free as possible.
One Month: $9,500
Two to Six Months: $8,500
Seven Months to a year: $8,000
The home can also be rented unfurnished for a minimum of 12 months for $7,500 a month.
The apartment studio (ADU) is available to long-term lease holders only for an additional $2000 a month. The studio apartment expands the home to four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms. The lease holder may not rent or sublease the studio apartment to additional parties.
