A stunning and unique A-Frame, multi-level house, this home stands imposingly at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled in the Pines. If you have a larger party, you'll love that there is an addiitonal space that sleeps 4 people located on the bottom floor of our home. It does rent seperately, so please check with us for availability if you are interested.
This beautiful home will accommodate a large group of fellow travelers/extended family but it is a peaceful neighborhood and no parties or events are allowed. We ask that Guests respectfully adhere to City Ordnance regulations.
This is a FOUR bedroom home (sleeps 14) accessed by outside stairs (below the house is a separate self contained cottage), leading to a huge open deck. Enter through the beautiful double ornate doors and be WOWED by the splendor of the interior.
To the left is a stunning open plan kitchen with concrete work tops, stunning back-splash and large food prep island with overhead pendant lighting. The stunning dark wood cabinetry complements the farmhouse table and seating in the adjacent dining area. The home has an abundance of natural light and the vaulted ceilings are fitted with ceiling fans. In the central living area there is an enormous leather couch for guests to sit and watch their favorite shows on the flat-screened television.
There is plenty to explore in this amazing home. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and bunk-beds (full over full) (sleeps six) and the second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk-beds (sleeps four). There is a guest bathroom (single vanity, shower/bath tub combo) plus a laundry room.
Additionally, there is a den with flat-screen television and a selection of board games. This room leads to a Arizona sun porch which further takes you to an outside grille and dining area. There is also a wrap-around deck with a natural garden at the back of the home.
The grand open staircase in the middle of the house leads up to the second floor where you will find two additional bedrooms, a Master (Queen bed) with a new TV, an ensuite bathroom (shower/single vanity), and a fourth bedroom with a new TV (Queen bed). The master has its own private sun deck. All the rooms on the upper floor have vaulted ceilings and large picture windows. There is plenty of room on the second floor, including space between the rooms. There is an additional nook accessible by ladder (perfect hideaway for the adventurous younger guests) and a further guest bath with shower and single vanity.
There are endless things to do in this beautiful area. Enjoy the scenic hiking trails, Historic Route 66, along with wonderful restaurants and shopping in Downtown Flagstaff. Don’t forget that the Grand Canyon and Sedona are also nearby and you are only forty minutes away from the ski slopes as well as beautiful hikes to the top of the Peaks. Kachina Village is such a beautiful and peaceful retreat in the forest, you might want to enjoy hiking the trails of the village itself.

There is air conditioning on the top level of the home only. With the air conditioning on in the top level, the cool air does flow down to the main level.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.
As always, we put our guest's safety first. Our homes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, as well as the fact that linens are washed in the hottest setting and dried in the hottest setting. Our cleaning crew takes steps to protect themselves, such as wearing gloves and other personal protection equipment.
Please note that there is a lovely one bedroom cottage below the main home that can rent out seperately and accommodates four people. It does have a completely separate entrance. If you are looking for accommodations for a large group, you can rent the entire home which comfortably house 18 people.
