The condos are located in the 70 acre Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort. The resort includes a restaurant, small market, shuttle service on site, spa, (several pools in summer), game room, and workout gym. A separate feature on site is the indoor Wild Bear Falls Water Park. The indoor water park is great activity for any inclement days. Local buses go into Gatlingburg so you do not have to deal with parking in town. Weather permitting there are hiking trails and other areas of interest in the area.

December is a busy time in the smokies so you may wish to make any restaurant reservations early and prior to your arrival. There are several groceries in the area if you wish to utilize the kitchens for some or all of your meals. Please refer to the pictures for the condo layout, or call for any questions.
A $200 refundable damage deposit is collected at check-in by Westgate.
Pet Policy: Westgate allows one dog or cat under 60 pounds. There is a $100 dollar refundable damage fee plus a $175 cleaning fee.
