Also on the main level is a powder room and laundry room.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The oversized master bedroom comes with a TV and desk and a 5-piece en suite master bath complete with a large soaking tub and dual sink vanity. The other two bedrooms, the 'Blue Room' and 'Pink Room', contain a double bed and double trundle bed, respectively. Additional air mattress and/or floor mattress available on request. There is also a pull-out 'love seat' located in the Great Room for additional sleeping spaces. Also upstairs is the other full bath with a bonus room with a large mirror.
The exterior has a kids swing in the front yard, and propane BBQ and fire-pit in the back yard. The house backs up to a beautiful trail system with great mountain views just a short walk away. Also in close proximity are great local restaurants, fast food options, and convenience stores.
