Lincoln Log chalet-style cabin with three bedrooms, two full baths and half bath with laundry room in basement. Home is 'green' because we used environmentally friendly products from Coler Natural Insulation and re-used other products.
Main floor has two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), full bath, living room with gas-powered woodstove, dining room, and kitchen with granite countertops and full appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The living room and dining room have cathedral ceiling with two pairs of sliding doors to an 8' x 24' deck. Upstairs has a loft open to rooms below and a master bedroom (queen bed with memory foam mattress) and full bath. Basement has a room with 4 twin beds (bunk beds and a day with trundle), large hallway with closet, half bath with washer/dryer and one-car garage.
Beautiful wooded view of the mountains surrounding Tripp Lake. Guests enjoy membership to the Tripp Lake Beach & Tennis Club, which is a short walking distance away.
Lake George is 15-minute drive away; historic Saratoga Springs is 45-minute drive away; the Olympic village of Lake Placid is a little more than an hour away. Hiking in the high peaks of the Adirondacks is also nearby. We are also close to all the wonderful Adirondack activities, such as white-water rafting, tubing, hiking, cruise boats, powerboat rentals, downhill skiing, train rides, gondola rides, Six Flags Great Escape, shopping, dining, historical attractions, nature trails, horseback riding.
