Et godt sted at slappe af og nyde en god livsstil væk fra bylivet, da ejendommen ligger på 27 hektar modent skov. Kvarteret består af attraktive enfamiliehuse på 1 hektar og op. Den anvendte vej er kun for beboere, og mange går til motion på vores stille gader. Vores ejendom ligger i begyndelsen af kvarteret.
Gratis offentlig transport er tilgængelig ca. 1 km fra vores ejendom på HWY 93 (Old Greenville Hwy). CAT Bus ruterne omfatter Southern Wesleyan University, Clemson og Clemson University med stop på lokale købmandsforretninger, Walmart og meget mere.

Vores ejendom ligger lige uden for Clemson by grænser, så du kan nyde trafikfri kørsel (selv i løbet af dagen) til dagligvarebutikkerne (Ingles, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Bi-Lo og Publix) nogle åbnes 24 timer og minutter fra stedet .
For udendørs er det nemt at komme til lokale parker på søerne samt Issaqueena skov til vandreture eller mountain biking. Til vejcykling er vi placeret i et godt område med små gårdeveje og udfordrende bakker. Blue Ridge Parkway er omkring 50 miles væk.
Til kajaksejlads bor vi nær Twelve Mile River, der har udfordrende strømfald og rolige sektioner, der fører til Lake Hartwell. Der er også steder at sætte ind på Lake Keowee, den nordlige del har fantastiske bjerg udsigter.
Til vandreture er der lokalt Issaqueena Forest, den berømte Foothills-trail ca. 30 minutter væk
Whitewater rafting ture er tilgængelige på Ocoee, Chattooga og Nantahala River-hele dagen og halv dag udflugter. Der er også bådudflugter på Lake Keowee og Jocassee.
