FIRST FLOOR
The first floor has a large open living room with TV and and comfortable furniture. The closet off of this room has lots of games for all to enjoy.
Dining area is nice and bright with a table for six.
A newly renovated kitchen is fantastic and has a table seating for six.
There is also a full bath with a walk in shower which is handicap accessible.
In the back of the kitchen and an exit to the patio and enclosed shower.
The sunroom in the front of the house has another TV, couch, day bed and small table for games along with great views of the water.
Expanding across the front of the house is a large porch with views of Nantucket Sound and entrance to Falmouth Harbor and the Falmouth Yacht Club.

The upstairs has 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Central Air Conditioning has just been installed throughout the house.
This location is a short distance to Falmouth Heights Beach with a baseball and basketball court as well as two restaurants. There is also a small non public beach (no lifeguard right down the street from the house. Walking in this area is fantastic for walking with or without a dog.
Falmouth Harbor is a short distance away as well as the Island Queen with daily trips to Martha's Vineyard. Downtown Falmouth is less than two miles away with many shops and restaurants as well as a carousel behind the library.
