To accommodate 10, use of the space named "Overflow" has a full bed and a sofa. You will love the covered porch and get comfortable on the patio listening to the birds and water feature. The space
3 rooms have queen beds, master suite with King and bathroom, upper floor bonus room with full bed and comfy couch for 1. We are comfortable renting to a family or responsible group up to 10. The house is 3,200 square feet and you are welcome to use it all. Wifi and cable throughout.
Guest access
As a guest you are welcome to use the kitchen and fridge, the living and dining rooms, porch and stone patio.

In a seperate building on the same land there is a long term renter who has access to his own amenites in a seperate building. The renter has NO access to your booking or stay while there. This is a kind reminder.
The house is strategically located at Rt. 138 and 1A. 10 minutes to downtown Newport (when there is no traffic) Ten minutes to the Wickford T Station that goes to Boston and Logan Airport. 20 minutes to the Providence Airport. Close to all beautiful beaches. Perfect for URI, even better to the Graduate School of Oceanography.
