–The hot tub is open for year-round use but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
–Please note that each home has its own steep driveway, accommodating up to 2 cars per house (8 cars total). Guests with mobility concerns should use caution when parking.
