Decor is a mix of modern and beachy. Living room has a queen sleep sofa, matching love seat, and a TV with a DVD. Dining room table seats 6. Loads of upgrades. All flooring is either pergo or vinyl tile with area rugs. Kitchen has updated white appliances along with new cabinets and countertops. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. T Washer/Dryer in Unit. There is beautiful northern view of the ocean and bay from furnished balcony. This unit rents in our Mini Week program check in any day and check out any day. Occupancy 8. The unit has free wireless internet access. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room which includes pool tables.
