It is in a quiet corner of Kolea which is convenient to almost everything – the Beach Club (which provides direct access to Anaeho’omalu Bay), the workout facility, a resort style pool, the beach, golf courses, the Kings and Queens shops, and everything Waikoloa has to offer. Kolea is an exclusive gated community.
This quiet, garden-level 3BR/2BA home is a luxurious, private, exotic 1554 sf. living space. 16A is an end unit, which means lots of windows and light, unlike many of the interior 2 BR units. The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and the large lanai spills out onto a grassy lawn. The well appointed master bedroom boasts a large jetted tub and walk in shower. The other two fully equipped bedrooms share a bathroom with a spa shower.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies.
