Pet fees are $49 per pet, and can be processed after booking. LOCATION: • 10 minutes to Cloudland Canyon State Park • 25 minutes to Rock City • 25 minutes to downtown Chattanooga • 5 minutes to nearby grocery stores and restaurants INSIDE: Entry Level • Primary Bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. • Smart TV in master bedroom for streaming (Limited live channels) • Full Kitchen • Dining Area with seating for 4 Second Level • Loft space with seating and trundle bed. • Living Room with smart TV and electric fireplace • Window Reading Nook OUTSIDE: • Ample deck space with a hammock • Charcoal Grill • While there is another cabin on the property, they are both oriented with privacy in mind. You will hear road noise during the day when folks are driving to and from work. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: • Primary responsible renter must be at least 25 years old. * This home is not suitable for young children under the age of 10 years old due to the high lofted space and narrow staircase. Older children are most welcome. * Maximum occupancy of 4 guests at all times. • We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. We will send a reservation confirmation email to you, and the e-doc rental agreement is located at the bottom of this email( green tab.) Please complete all lines on the rental agreement. Even if you make your reservation through AirBnB, HomeAway, etc (instead of directly through our website) This is required. • Pets are allowed. We do charge a pet fee of $49 per animal-3 pets max. Please keep your pet in a crate if you are not present in the house during the daytime and evening hours. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and bedding during your stay, please pick up all pet yard waste. • There is NO washer/dryer at this house. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
