We are grandparents and welcome all who come to Austin. We love to host folks who are visiting family, grandkids, etc.

The queen bed is extremely comfortable. We provide Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave oven and small refrigerator/freezer. Also included: coffee pods and tea, creamer etc. Mugs, wine glasses, plates and bowls too...

Private entrance with outside covered deck, table and chairs for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Lovely landscaping, great garden view from entrance, completely fenced yard. Original artwork, wonderful linens, modern, comfortable furniture.
Hi-def flat screen tv with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, hi-speed wifi internet, bluetooth speaker. Smoking allowed outside on deck. Completely fenced yard.
Located in a newer, upscale single-family home neighborhood, safe and quiet with shaded walking trails.

Convenient to downtown Austin, SOCO, shopping and restaurants. On Cap Metro City bus line (#3), for direct bus service to downtown, 6th street entertainment district, Texas Capitol Building, Lady Bird Lake walking trails and University of Texas. Also, we have several Ride Share Companies to choose from: Lyft and Uber.
We request check-in no later than 8 pm.
We are about 12 miles from Austin Bergstrom Airport, about $20 Ride Share price.
Near Central Market Westgate, restaurants, public library, movie theater, Garrison Park with public swimming pool.
Catch a movie at either close Alamo Draft House Theater.
Whole Foods and Costco are about 3 miles away. HEB Grocery is about 2.5 miles away. Sprouts Market is close by too!
Whether you stay a weekend or a month, you will be very comfortable in the studio.
We have 4 year old yellow lab dog who you may see in the back yard during your visit. He is separated from you by a fence and gate. He is friendly and we provide treats if you are so inclined. No pressure!
