The space
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths plus one half-bath, a complete kitchen, a great fenced backyard for the kids or a your pet. WiFi perfect for working remotely or continuing online studies.
Conveniently located 3 miles off I-75 on the northwest side of Knoxville in Powell. Great quiet neighborhood with convenient access to Knoxville.
Yeah, we know you want to travel with Fido—We’re pet friendly! There’s even a great fenced backyard to let him enjoy a little outdoor time. $20 per pet. Please crate pets at night or when you’re away. Pets should not be left unattended in the backyard.
Children and families are welcome.
Each of the three bedrooms has a sleeping space for two in a queen bed. The basement man-cave has a slide-out sofa that makes an extra bed for two more guests, but it's probably more comfortable for kids than adults.
