The house is centrally located for easy access to Southampton Village, Westhampton Village, and the North Fork with all the wineries.

You get your very own private, 2 bed two bath section of a 5 bedroom home.
2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed with bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined together to become a king.This bedroom also has its private bathroom right outside the door.
You have full private use of kitchen, dinning and living area as well as an entire backyard with pool, deck, large picnic table, yard, bbq grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower.

Other things to note:
Two of my friends, both male and female, 28,31 stay at my home for the summer. They are typically always working. You probably will never run into them, they stay at a separate section of the house.
Both of their bedrooms face the front of the house.
