There are 4BR (3 with one king size bed, the 4th has 2 king size beds): 2 BR are on the upper floor (one full bath), the other 2 BR are on the ground floor (one full bath with shower and separate tub). All BRs have smart TV, white linens, comfy mattress.
Kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for 4. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for 8.
Living room with sofa, fireplace and television. A second living room hold more seating along with a piano and work desk.
Workout room with rowing machine and stationery bike, and exercise ball.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire house, front yard with driveway and basketball hoop, side driveway and backyard with seasonal pool. Guests also have access to the part of the garage that hold the Ping Pong / pool table.

PARKING: max of 5 cars total. There is absolutely no street parking allowed.
