KITCHEN & DINING The spacious, well-equipped, open-concept kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar that seats four. Gather the whole group to dine in style on the custom built formal dining table which seats 10. Additional kitchen features include: farmhouse sink, subway tile backsplash, 5 burner gas stove, Big Chill refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven, Vita-mix blender, instapot, waffle maker, pots, pans and other cooking tools. After dinner, show off your mixologist skills at the wet bar complete with a Jimmy Buffett blender and other bar ware for your frozen concoctions! The home's white-washed wood floors and walls along with the many windows make the spacious living room bright and inviting.
BEDROOMS & BATHS Each bedroom includes a flat screen TV. In each of the two master suites, you’ll find a luxurious King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Third bedroom also has a King bed and plenty of storage. These three bedrooms each have private access to the back balcony. Enjoy the beautiful Port Aransas sunsets from the balcony overlooking the private pool area. The fourth bedroom, which shares a full tub/shower combination bathroom with the 3rd bedroom is customized with two twin upper bunks and a comfy queen bed below. The cocktail pool has a 9-inch deep area, with bubbling fountains for lounging and perfect for little ones to play. A seating ledge wraps the 4-foot deep portion of the pool. Tropical outdoor bar, landscaping, multiple seating areas and unique outdoor lighting make this area perfect for family fun. Grab a drink and watch the sunset from the back deck and pool area.
