It’s just 5 minutes drive to Warren Dunes beach and a few minute drive in any direction you will find yourself at a beach, hikes, nature preserve, berry picking, brewery, golfing, winery, dining or shopping.
This home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, set on 2 acres with a brand new private, heated, inground pool with a power safely cover. Home features a beautiful back deck with sunset views. There is a fire pit next to the original silo and 2 acres to explore the fruit and berry trees, birds and wildlife. Home has an updated kitchen with brand new appliances (fridge, range and microwave June 2023) just three small steps up on the porch- and a main floor bedroom with full bathroom. The long private driveway can easily fit 4-6 cars if needed. It’s center to all of the southwest Michigan favorite attractions and perfect for quality time with family and being able to relax and have everything you need to feel at home.
