Casa Santa Fe is a great home for friends and family gatherings, it features sweeping panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and studio! The home is a 12-minute or a .8-mile walk to the Plaza and a 1.3-mile walk from Canyon Road. Just 35 minute drive to the ski basin. (Sleeps 8-10)

LIVING ROOM
The first living room has contemporary furnishings with a large flat screen Smart TV and a bay window that shows off the magnificent view. The living room features plastered walls, oak wood floors, beams, latillas, built-in shelves and a gas log fireplace, with the original hearth.
The home is a 12-minute or a .8 mile walk to the Plaza.
DINING ROOM
The dining area has a large, round table and chairs for family dining, and is adjacent to the updated kitchen.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has rich slate floors, custom cabinets, and a new Samsung double oven gas stove. Equipped with additional cooking appliances and utensils for those family/friend gatherings.
SUNROOM
The sunroom off the far side of the kitchen, which doubles as an office, second living room or sleeping space, also has a Smart TV. This room has a gas fireplace and the two single rollaway beds can be moved into this room with a privacy-curtain, making it a perfect space for extra guests.
STUDIO MASTER SUITE
The studio master suite is large, with a king size bed and its own gas Kiva fireplace. There is a mini kitchen and a separate entrance to this studio/bedroom, which has its own private outdoor deck overlooking a majestic view that is especially dramatic as night falls and the city lights begin to shine.
MASTER BEDROOM
The Main house Master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two queen sized bedrooms. For your comfort, the home has mini split cooling and heating, baseboard heat if necessary, flat screen TVs and strong WiFi included. There is a one-car garage on a lower level and lots of parking at street level.
OUTDOOR DECK
The deck has recently been expanded to 900 sq ft with a portal with comfortable seating, a gas grill. outdoor table, chairs and umbrella for shade.
