Perfect for large groups; with 2 living rooms, a finished basement, indoor hot tub, 3 remodeled full bathrooms, wide open backyard, large deck w/ grill, & game room you won’t ever run out of hangout space. The home has huge forest areas in front and back of the home, look out from the huge deck and you may see a black bear and cubs stroll by!
Lake Wallenpaupack only 13 miles away! Kalahari Resorts just 17 miles away!
DETAILED LAYOUT DESCRIPTION:
The totally remodeled home has a very open layout; Upon walking in there are 2 big living rooms with sofa sets and smart TVs, adjacent to this is the wide open kitchen and sitting area. The seating area features a long wooden butcher block counter with ample seating and great lighting, perfect for hanging out with your friends and family. There are 2 sliding doors to access the deck which goes the length of the house, and is covered in one section so you can still hang out when it rains! On the deck there is a propane grill, patio-type seating and stairs to go down to the backyard where there is a firepit and plenty of space. Near the kitchen is access to the basement, (fully finished with 3 queen beds and a bathroom) and access to the game room, indoor hot tub room, and laundry room! Upstairs are 5 bedrooms each with a queen bed and nightstand, and 2 full bathrooms

I understand you may have concerns about staying at my home with COVID-19 spreading, but we are taking measures such as deep cleaning and sanitizing surfaces after each guest, ensuring safety for your stay. It‘s also somewhat safer being in a private house on vacation rather than a hotel surrounded by others!

Check in is contact free, guests are provided with a unique code for self check in using our smart lock. All spaces are for guests, including deck and backyard. If guests want to go down to the edge of the forest area feel free, however please respect the area and do NOT leave any trash, thank you!
Strictly NO PARKING on the street, it is narrow and inconveniences the neighbors. There is more than enough parking space on the driveway
Please keep noise in mind, we do NOT want to disturb the neighbors, they are very nice people
Guests will be left alone to enjoy their stay at my home but can contact me at any time and expect a fast response.
Located in a very quiet area, both in front and behind the home are Large areas of forest, and the house has a big backyard.
Strictly NO PARKING on the street, it is narrow and inconveniences the neighbors. There is more than enough parking space on the driveway
Guests are responsible for obtaining a propane refill for the grill if needed.
Guests are responsible for obtaining firewood for the fire pit.
Guests are responsible for obtaining coffee grounds / filters.
Garbage goes out on Monday, please bag all garbage and put in the cans out front
