The downstairs is set up to ensure you and your guests are able to enjoy quality time together with a fully open floorplan.
Downstairs you have a large fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee bar, air fryer, toaster, Samsung appliances (refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher), and pantry. The kitchen also has plenty of plates, bowls, glassware, flatware and cooking utensils. There is an island with seating for 4 along with a table that seats 6. We also have a high chair and pack and play w/bassinet and sheets available upon request.
There is also a large living room equipped with ample seating and a queen size sleeper sofa, a 65” smart tv, sound bar, tv console which has a variety of games for entertainment, and ceiling fan. You will also find a half bath and coat closet.
While downstairs there is no shortage of outdoor places to unwind. There is a patio furniture sectional sofa set on your private fenced in back patio with table, a cornhole set and out front there are 2 rocking chairs to sit back and relax while enjoying nature.
When it’s time to unwind or have your own individual space you can head upstairs where you will be met with.
Primary Bedroom: Large bedroom with over 14’ high ceilings and extra windows for natural lighting. Queen size bed w/memory foam mattress, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan, walk in closet, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. You will also have access to the 2nd floor balcony w/ patio furniture for 2 to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or to just take in all the scenery in this serene environment.
2nd Bedroom: 2 Full size beds w/memory foam mattresses, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan and large closet.
3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen size bed w/memory foam mattress, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan and large closet and a dedicated work space.
Upstairs you will also find another full bathroom that includes a tub, complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a full-size laundry room equipped with a Samsung Washer and Dryer. The hall closet is stocked with plenty of linen such as towels, sheets, blankets along with other essentials such as a blow dryer, first aid kit, iron and ironing board.
Parking is in the rear of the town home, and you will enter the home through the back door inside a privacy fence. You will be provided an access code prior to check-in for keyless entry.
The entire home will be yours; we simply ask that you take care of our home as if it was your own.
This property is family friendly but please note that there isn't a safety gate preventing children or adults from going up and down the stairs. So please be careful as you assume all liability if injury occurs.
